1. Ownership of Site; Agreement to Terms of Use

2. Becoming a Customer

By registering a user account on our websites you will agree to become a customer and are bound by the terms of this agreement. By registering yourself as a user you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.

The customer must be of the legal age of his or her region in order to buy products from Lebanon SMS. Lebanon SMS reserves the right to accept and/or reject customer without providing any reasons or explanations on such rejection.

3. Terms of the Agreement

The terms of this agreement will begin upon you register an account on this website and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or Lebanon SMS may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

Lebanon SMS reserves the right to change any of these Terms & Conditions for any reason deemed fit and at its discretion. Customers continuing buying products from Lebanon SMS will constitute to the acceptance of any change.

4. Ordering and Payment

Customers are responsible for their decision on purchase with Lebanon SMS. Customers could order their products by making full payment. A customer who has paid in Full Payment Plan would receive the product within the time stipulated herein.

Delivery of Product is made within 24 hours from the date of official confirmation of order (subject to the country's Law). All the details provided by the customers are highly confidential between Lebanon SMS and its respective customer.

5. Cancellation Policy

Lebanon SMS Customers do not have the right to cancel or exchange any product requested. Lebanon SMS has the right to deactivate a user account if an unethical or spam SMS is sent from that account. Lebanon SMS will not return the money paid for an SMS transaction if the user violated the mentioned rule.

6. Sending Bulk SMS - Prohibited Content

Any illegal content sent from our website gives the System Owner the right to terminate your account even if it still contains units without any payback.

Illegal content includes but is not limited to:

Spam Messages
Illegal/Fake offers
Offensive words
Threats or harassment
Content that violates applicable laws

Lebanon SMS reserves the right to send the information related to the Customer sending illegal content to the related Authorities. Once you send an SMS using this interface the above terms and conditions apply.

7. Anti-Spam Policy

Spamming is strictly prohibited. Spam is defined as sending an unsolicited message to any persons, entities, newsgroups, forums, e-mail lists or other groups or lists unless prior authorization has been obtained from the recipient who explicitly permits sending communications to them, or unless a business or personal relationship has already been established with the recipient.

The use of false headers in the SMS Sender ID or falsifying, forging or altering the origin of any message in connection with Lebanon SMS and/or its products and services is prohibited.

8. Security

Each Customer must keep Lebanon SMS's account passwords and other security access information confidential and notify Lebanon SMS promptly if the customer believes that the security of an account has been compromised. Lebanon SMS has taken reasonable steps to protect the security of online transactions.

HOWEVER, LEBANON SMS CANNOT AND DOES NOT WARRANT SUCH SECURITY AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY SECURITY BREACHES.

9. Account Termination

Customer may voluntarily terminate this agreement by sending a written notice any time for any reason. Lebanon SMS reserves the right to terminate a customer who is found in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any statutory law.

The failure by a customer to meet or follow any of the above Terms of Use or who may be in breach of applicable law is grounds for account deactivation. Lebanon SMS will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the Terms of Use.

10. Data Collection

Lebanon SMS websites have enabled Google Analytics to collect data about the website traffic in addition to data collected through a standard Google Analytics implementation.

Remarketing with Google Analytics
Google Display Network Impression Reporting
Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting
Integrated services that require Google Analytics to collect data for advertising purposes
